Illinois High School Basketball - Warren knocked off by Dakota

The Dakota Indians basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Warren Warriors to 46 in the Indians non-league triumph on Monday.

The Indians now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pecatonica for a Northwest Upstate Illini - North contest on Wednesday, January 11. Dakota will meet a Indians team coming off a 73-67 non-league loss to Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL). The Indians record now stands at 14-2.

The Warriors (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against River Ridge (Hanover, IL). The Wildcats enter the Northwest Upstate Illini - West contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, River Ridge ran past Pecatonica (Blanchardville, WI), 58-40, in a non-league contest.
