Massachusetts High School Basketball - Sturgis East ripped by Nantucket

The Nantucket Whalers basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Sturgis East Storm to 32 in the Whalers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Whalers now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Falmouth for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Nantucket will meet a Clippers team coming off a 51-48 non-league loss to Cape Cod Academy (Osterville, MA). The Clippers record now stands at 3-3.
The Storm (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bristol-Plymouth RVT (Taunton, MA). The Craftsmen enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Bristol-Plymouth RVT triumphed over Diman RVT (Fall River, MA), 47-46, in a league contest.
