The Armstrong River Hawks (Kittanning, PA) basketball felled the visiting Hampton Talbots (Allison Park, PA), 52-32 in Monday's league test.
The River Hawks (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA). The Titans go into the WPIAL 5A 2 test with a 10-3 record.
The Talbots now own a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Shaler Area for a WPIAL 5A 2 test on Friday, January 13. Hampton will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 35-34 league loss to Mars (Mars, PA). The Titans record now stands at 10-3.
