In Monday's league outing, the Gouverneur Wildcats (Gouverneur, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Salmon River Shamrocks (Fort Covington, NY), by a margin of 64-14.
The Wildcats (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against Canton (Canton, NY). The Golden Bears go into the Section 10 Central outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Canton smashed Salmon River (Fort Covington, NY), 81-21, in a league outing.

Salmon River will clash with a Blue Devils squad coming off a 70-48 non-league win over Lisbon Central (Lisbon, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-4.
