With the victory, Astoria upgrades its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Fishermen host Banks (Banks, OR) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 6-9.

Next up, the Cheesemakers play the St. Helens Lions (St. Helens, OR) in a 4A Cowapa bout, on Friday, January 12. Tillamook will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 59-50 league win over Scappoose (Scappoose, OR).
