Georgia High School Basketball - Etowah routs Sequoyah

In Tuesday's league outing, the Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA), by a margin of 76-54.
The Eagles (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Buccaneers go into the AAAAAA Region 6 outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, Allatoona was trounced by Woodstock (Woodstock, GA), 75-57, in a league outing.
The Chiefs now own a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Creekview for a AAAAAA Region 6 outing on Friday, January 12. Sequoyah will clash with a Grizzlies squad coming off a 67-60 league loss to Rome (Rome, GA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 6-10.
