With the victory, Sequoyah improves its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Creekview (Canton, GA) to confront the Grizzlies in a AAAAAA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a record of 8-16. Creekview won 55-54 in their recent league challenge against Rome (Rome, GA)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Sandy Creek Patriots (Tyrone, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Etowah will attempt to improve on its 17-5 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 20-2 record after their 83-21 league win over Carver (Atlanta, GA).
