The Peachtree Ridge Lions (Suwanee, GA) basketball felled the visiting Norcross Blue Devils (Norcross, GA), 65-54 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Meadowcreek (Norcross, GA). The Mustangs go into the AAAAAAA Region 7 test with a 5-10 record. In their last test, Meadowcreek thwarted Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA), 63-51, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they host North Gwinnett for a AAAAAAA Region 7 test on Friday, January 12. Norcross will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 84-75 non-league win over South Gwinnett (Snellville, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-7.
