Nevada High School Basketball - Oasis Academy trounced by Pershing County

In Tuesday's league match, the host Pershing County Mustangs basketball team scored a decisive 67-46 triumph over the Oasis Academy Bighorns.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV) in a 2A Northern match, on Friday, January 12. Pershing County will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Nighthawks enter the match with a 0-10 record after their 38-24 league loss to Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV).

With the defeat, Oasis Academy moves to 5-9 on the year. The Bighorns host Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV) to face the Falcons in a 2A Northern match on Saturday, January 13. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 5-9.
