The Round Rock Dragons basketball team (Round Rock, TX), was nudged 49-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Vandegrift Vipers (Austin, TX)
The Vipers now sport a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedar Ridge for a 6A Region IV District 25 battle on Friday, January 12. Vandegrift will battle a Raiders team coming off a 54-46 league loss to Manor (Manor, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 11-11.
The Dragons (13-9) will now prepare for their battle against McNeil (Austin, TX). The Mavericks come into the 6A Region IV District 25 battle with a 12-11 record. In their last battle, McNeil was nudged by Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX), 59-41, in a league battle.
