The Port Huron Northern Huskies basketball team (Port Huron, MI), was overwhelmed 59-34 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI)
The Tars now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Romeo for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 11. Anchor Bay will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-39 league loss to Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-3.
The Huskies (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Utica (Utica, MI). The Chieftains come into the Macomb Area - White battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Utica trounced Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI), 50-46, in a non-league battle.
