Campbell Indians (Campbell, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy (Greenville, TX), 47-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Campbell upgrades its record to 11-10 on the season. The Indians travel to Miller Grove (Cumby, TX) to clash with the Hornets in a 1A Region III District 23 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 11-15. Miller Grove won 70-6 in their recent league bout against Fannindel (Ladonia, TX)

Next up, the clash with the Ector Eagles (Ector, TX) in a 1A Region III District 23 bout, on Friday, January 12. Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 3-22 record after their 39-12 league loss to Savoy (Savoy, TX).
