With the win, Thomas Walker upgrades its record to 3-7 on the season. The Pioneers host Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA) to play the Titans in a Cumberland bout on Friday, January 12. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Twin Springs lost 58-42 in their recent league bout against Eastside (Coeburn, VA)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Rye Cove Eagles (Clinchport, VA) in a Cumberland bout, on Friday, January 12. Castlewood will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 61-22 non-league win over Holston (Damascus, VA).
