Oklahoma High School Basketball - Edison ripped by Coweta

The Coweta Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Edison Eagles to 12 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Will Rogers College for a 5A District 4 contest on Friday, January 12. Coweta will battle a Ropers team coming off a 53-43 league win over McAlester (McAlester, OK). The Ropers record now stands at 4-7.
The Eagles (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK). The Chieftains enter the 5A District 4 contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Sapulpa triumphed over Memorial (Tulsa, OK), 51-40, in a league contest.
