Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA), 70-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Falcons host Livermore (Livermore, CA) to play the Cowboys in a East Bay - Valley bout on Friday, January 12. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 3-15. Livermore lost 77-10 in their recent league bout against Dublin (Dublin, CA)

Next up, the Matadors play the Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Granada will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Dons go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 66-40 league loss to California (San Ramon, CA).
