The Tigers now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary's for a A Section 2 battle on Thursday, January 11. Springfield will confront a Knights team coming off a 60-40 league loss to Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart (Hector, MN). The Knights record now stands at 10-4.

The Thunderbirds (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against New Ulm Cathedral (New Ulm, MN). The Greyhounds come into the A Section 2 battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, New Ulm Cathedral dropped by Cedar Mountain (Morgan, MN), 75-54, in a league battle.
