In Tuesday's league outing, the Grundy Golden Wave (Grundy, VA) basketball squad beat the host Twin Valley Panthers (Pilgrims Knob, VA), by a margin of 61-42.
The Golden Wave (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Hurley (Hurley, VA). The Rebels go into the Black Diamond outing with a 3-8 record. In their last outing, Hurley was beaten by Council (Council, VA), 48-45, in a league outing.
The Panthers now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Hurley for a Black Diamond outing on Friday, January 12. Twin Valley will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 55-39 league loss to Grundy (Grundy, VA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-9.
