Minnesota High School Basketball - Jefferson overwhelmed by New Prague

The New Prague Trojans basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the host Jefferson Jaguars to 52 in the Trojans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Benilde-St. Margaret's for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11. New Prague will battle a Red Knights team coming off a 66-58 non-league win over Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Red Knights record now stands at 5-5.
The Jaguars (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN). The Storm come into the AAAA Section 2 contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Chanhassen triumphed over Shakopee (Shakopee, MN), 55-33, in a non-league contest.
