The New Prague Trojans basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Jefferson Jaguars to 44 in the Trojans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benilde-St. Margaret's for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. New Prague will battle a Red Knights team coming off a 80-54 non-league win over Chaska (Chaska, MN). The Red Knights record now stands at 13-5.

The Jaguars (2-19) will now prepare for their contest against Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN). The Storm come into the AAAA Section 2 contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Chanhassen was routed by Waconia (Waconia, MN), 60-56, in a league contest.
