The Jenks Trojans basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Ponca City Wildcats to 41 in the Trojans league victory on Tuesday.

The Trojans now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broken Arrow for a 6A District 4 contest on Friday, January 12. Jenks will battle a Tigers team coming off a 82-29 league win over Southmoore (Moore, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 9-5.

With the defeat, Ponca City moves to 3-9 on the year. The Wildcats host Choctaw (Choctaw, OK) to meet the Yellowjackets in a 6A District 4 match on Friday, January 12. The Yellowjackets enter the match with a record of 10-0. Choctaw won 69-27 in their recent league match against Muskogee (Muskogee, OK)
