Jenks Trojans (Jenks, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ponca City Wildcats (Ponca City, OK), 48-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Jenks upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Trojans host Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK) to clash with the Tigers in a 6A District 4 bout on Friday, February 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Broken Arrow won 78-12 in their recent league bout against Southmoore (Moore, OK)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK) in a 6A District 4 bout, on Friday, February 9. Ponca City will attempt to upgrade on its 6-16 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 20-0 record after their 52-30 league win over Muskogee (Muskogee, OK).
