The Lobos now possess a 17-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Pleasant for a 5A Region II District 15 battle on Friday, January 12. Longview will confront a Tigers team coming off a 58-35 league loss to Texas (Texarkana, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 5-14.
The Tigers (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Tyler (Tyler, TX). The Lions come into the 5A Region II District 15 battle with a 20-9 record. In their last battle, Tyler trounced Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX), 52-25, in a league battle.
