With the defeat, Mankato East moves to 7-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Mankato West (Mankato, MN) to meet the Scarlets in a AAA Section 2 challenge on Friday, January 12. The Scarlets come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Mankato West lost 67-31 in their recent league challenge against St. Peter (St. Peter, MN)
