Nebraska High School Basketball - Sutton knocked off by Cross County

In Thursday's non-league test, the Cross County Cougars (Stromsburg, NE) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Sutton Mustangs (Sutton, NE), by a score of 58-49.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Heartland Huskies (Henderson, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 11. Cross County will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 52-36 non-league loss to Fullerton (Fullerton, NE).

The Mustangs (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Centennial (Utica, NE). The Broncos come into the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Centennial was knocked off by Oakland-Craig (Oakland, NE), 56-53, in a non-league test.
