Oregon High School Basketball - Portland Adventist Academy holds off Horizon Christian

In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Portland Adventist Academy Cougars basketball team scored a close 46-39 triumph over the Horizon Christian Hawks.
The Cougars (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Westside Christian (Lake Oswego, OR). The Eagles go into the 3A Lewis & Clark contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Westside Christian nipped Catlin Gabel (Portland, OR), 37-28, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Westside Christian Eagles (Lake Oswego, OR) in a 3A Lewis & Clark contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Horizon Christian will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 4-10 record after their 30-29 league win over Portland Adventist Academy (Portland, OR).
