In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Goochland Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Orange County Fighting Hornets.

The Bulldogs (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA). The Flying Flucos come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Fluvanna County beat Louisa County (Mineral, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Hornets play the Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Orange County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Madison County (Madison, VA).
