Next, the Panthers play the Park Hill Trojans (Kansas City, MO) in a Class 4 District 16 challenge, on Wednesday, October 2. Park Hill South will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 12-3 league win over Central (St. Joseph, MO).

The Hornets (3-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Liberty, MO). The Blue Jays enter the non-league challenge with a 16-10 record. In their last challenge, Liberty overcame Oak Park (Kansas City, MO), 15-2, in a non-league challenge.
