North Carolina High School Volleyball - River Mill over Ascend Leadership

The River Mill Jaguars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Ascend Leadership Aviators to 1 in the Jaguars league triumph on Tuesday.

The Jaguars now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Chatham Charter for a Central Tar Heel 1A outing on Thursday, October 3. River Mill will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC). The Knights record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Ascend Leadership drops to 2-8 on the campaign. The Aviators travel to Triangle Math & Science (Apex, NC) to clash with the Tigers in a Central Tar Heel 1A outing on Thursday, October 3. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 1-13. Triangle Math & Science lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC)
