North Carolina High School Volleyball - River Mill over Ascend Leadership

September 5, 2024: Sanford, NC 27332

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting River Mill Jaguars volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Ascend Leadership Aviators.

The Jaguars (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Greater Vision Academy (Gibsonville, NC). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Greater Vision Academy was beaten by River Mill (Graham, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Aviators meet the Triangle Math & Science Tigers (Apex, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Ascend Leadership will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC).
