Williamson Marauders (Williamson, NY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Marion Black Knights (Marion, NY), 9-0 in a league outing.

The Marauders (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Sodus (Sodus, NY). The Spartans enter the Wayne outing with a 7-3 record. In their last outing, Sodus was overwhelmed by East Rochester (East Rochester, NY), 3-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Black Knights confront the North Rose-Wolcott Cougars (Wolcott, NY) in a Wayne outing, on Friday, October 3. Marion will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Cougars enter the outing with a 3-7 record after their 5-0 league loss to Williamson (Williamson, NY).
