In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Williamson Marauders soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 victory over the Marion Black Knights.

The Marauders (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Sodus (Sodus, NY). The Spartans go into the Wayne outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Sodus was overwhelmed by East Rochester (East Rochester, NY), 5-1, in a league test.

The Black Knights now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Rose-Wolcott for a Wayne test on Friday, September 12. Marion will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Geneva (Geneva, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 1-3.
