The Patrick County Cougars volleyball team (Stuart, VA), went down 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Alleghany Cougars (Covington, VA)

The Cougars (17-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Floyd County (Floyd, VA). The Buffaloes come into the non-league challenge with a 8-10 record. In their last challenge, Floyd County went down by Glenvar (Salem, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars encounter the James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 17. Patrick County will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Radford (Radford, VA).
