California High School Volleyball - Santa Clara Milpitas

Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Milpitas improves its record to 19-4 on the season. The Trojans host Cupertino (Cupertino, CA) to face the Pioneers in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino test on Tuesday, October 15. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 12-11. Cupertino won 3-0 in their recent league test against Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA)

The Bruins now own a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fremont for a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino test on Tuesday, October 15. Santa Clara will face a Firebirds squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Saratoga (Saratoga, CA). The Firebirds record now stands at 6-18.
