Connecticut High School Volleyball - Cromwell can't hold off Valley Regional

In Friday's league bout, the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) volleyball team held off the host Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT), by a margin of 3-2.

The Warriors now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they host Morgan for a Shoreline bout on Monday, October 13. Valley Regional will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Huskies record now stands at 9-7.

The Panthers (9-8) will now prepare for their match against North Branford (North Branford, CT). The Thunderbirds enter the Shoreline match with a 12-4 record. In their last match, North Branford held off Portland (Portland, CT), 3-0, in a league match.
