The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM), saw Sandia's soccer squad get by Eldorado by a margin of 3-2.

The Matadors now sport a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to La Cueva for a 5A District 2 test on Thursday, October 13. Sandia will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM). The Bears record now stands at 13-1.

With the loss, Eldorado drops to 6-7 on the season. The Golden eagles travel to Farmington (Farmington, NM) to encounter the Scorpions in a 5A District 2 test on Saturday, October 15. The Scorpions come into the test with a record of 9-8. Farmington won 3-2 in their recent league test against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM)
