California High School Volleyball - Annenberg can't hold off Downtown Magnets

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Downtown Magnets Suns volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Annenberg Panthers.
The Suns (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against USC-MAE (Los Angeles, CA). The Trojans come into the Freeway battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, USC-MAE nudged Animo Bunche (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Panthers clash with the Aspire Ollin Jaguars (Huntington Park, CA) in a Freeway battle, on Thursday, October 13. Annenberg will attempt to advance on its 2-11 season record. The Jaguars come into the battle with a 4-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Orthopaedic (Los Angeles, CA).
