North Carolina High School Volleyball - Pamlico County over Jones

The Pamlico County Hurricanes (Bayboro, NC) volleyball overcame the host Jones Trojans (Trenton, NC), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Pamlico County upgrades its record to 14-5 on the year. The Hurricanes host Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC) to face the Panthers in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A outing on Thursday, October 13. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 17-3. Northside - Pinetown won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC)

The Trojans now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Southside for a Coastal Plains 1A/2A outing on Thursday, October 13. Jones will face a Seahawks squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to East Carteret (Beaufort, NC). The Seahawks record now stands at 0-17.
