North Carolina High School Volleyball - Jones crushed by Pamlico County

The Pamlico County Hurricanes volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Jones Trojans to 0 in the Hurricanes league victory on Thursday.

The Hurricanes now have a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside - Pinetown for a Coastal Plains 1A/2A game on Tuesday, September 27. Pamlico County will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 12-2.

The Trojans (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Southside (Chocowinity, NC). The Seahawks enter the Coastal Plains 1A/2A game with a 0-10 record. In their last game, Southside dropped by East Carteret (Beaufort, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
