Alabama High School Volleyball - St. Paul's Episcopal tips Hoover

October 11, 2023: Hoover, AL 35244

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the St. Paul's Episcopal Saints (Mobile, AL) and the host Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL), saw St. Paul's Episcopal's volleyball squad nip Hoover by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, St. Paul's Episcopal upgrades its record to 39-10 on the year. The Saints travel to Daphne (Daphne, AL) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 11. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 21-21. Daphne lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Fairhope (Fairhope, AL)

The Buccaneers now own a 24-19 record. They play next when they travel to Pelham for a non-league bout on Friday, October 13. Hoover will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Saraland (Saraland, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 19-12.
