The Hope Christian Huskies soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Bernalillo Spartans to 0 in the Huskies league victory on Friday.

The Huskies now hold a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Albuquerque Academy for a 4A District 6 bout on Tuesday, October 15. Hope Christian will play a Chargers squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Bernalillo moves to 8-7 on the year. The Spartans host Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Knights in a 4A District 6 bout on Wednesday, October 16. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Del Norte lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM)
