The Bell Griffins football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting McKinley Tech Trainers to 0 in the Griffins league triumph on Saturday.
The Griffins now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering for a DCIAA - Stripes test on Saturday, October 18. Bell will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 40-26 league win over Ron Brown (Washington, DC). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
The Trainers (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardozo (Washington, DC). The Clerks go into the DCIAA - Stripes challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Cardozo was ripped by Anacostia (Washington, DC), 44-0, in a league challenge.
