In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Staunton Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Bunker Hill Minutemen.
The Bulldogs (18-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Carlinville (Carlinville, IL). The Cavaliers come into the non-league challenge with a 14-9 record. In their last challenge, Carlinville beat North Mac (Virden, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Minutemen play the Mulberry Grove Aces (Mulberry Grove, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Bunker Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Aces go into the game with a 9-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Brownstown/St. Elmo (St. Elmo, IL).
