Vestavia Hills Rebels (Vestavia Hills, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Daphne Trojans (Daphne, AL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Vestavia Hills improves its record to 21-10 on the season. The Rebels travel to Saraland (Saraland, AL) to face the Spartans in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 27-5. Saraland lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Spanish Fort (Spanish Fort, AL)

Next, the Trojans meet the Oak Mountain Eagles (Birmingham, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Daphne will attempt to upgrade on its 32-19 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 15-20 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores, AL).
