Kansas High School Volleyball - Syracuse can't get by Wichita County

Wichita County Indians (Leoti, KS) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Syracuse Bulldogs (Syracuse, KS), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Wichita County advances its record to 17-16 on the season. The Indians travel to Stanton County (Johnson, KS) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 15-13. Stanton County won 2-0 in their recent league test against Syracuse (Syracuse, KS)

The Bulldogs now sport a 16-10 record. They play next when they travel to Hoxie for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 14. Syracuse will play a Indians team coming off a 2-0 league win over Ellis (Ellis, KS). The Indians record now stands at 15-15.
