Kansas High School Volleyball - Syracuse over Wichita County

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Syracuse Bulldogs (Syracuse, KS) and the visiting Wichita County Indians (Leoti, KS), observed Syracuse's volleyball team top Wichita County by a count of 2-0.

The Bulldogs (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lakin (Lakin, KS). The Broncs enter the Hi-Plains contest with a 5-1 record.

Next, the Indians battle the Elkhart Wildcats (Elkhart, KS) in a Hi-Plains battle, on Tuesday, September 9. Wichita County will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 3-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Fellowship Baptist Academy (Liberal, KS).
