In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Sheldon Orabs volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals.

The Orabs (10-18) will now prepare for their battle against Western Christian (Hull, IA). The Wolfpack come into the non-league battle with a 25-11 record. In their last battle, Western Christian was edged by Washington (Sioux Falls, SD), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Generals clash with the Sioux Central Rebels (Sioux Rapids, IA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 16. Sibley-Ocheyedan will attempt to advance on its 4-16 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 3-14 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA).
