Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Eisenhower nudges Port Allegany

In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Eisenhower Knights soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Port Allegany Gators.
The Knights (10-6) will now prepare for their outing against Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA). The Tigers go into the District 10 Region 3 outing with a 2-12 record. In their last outing, Maplewood was edged by Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA), 8-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Gators play the Elk County Catholic Crusaders (St. Marys, PA) in a Allegheny Mountain - Northern outing, on Monday, October 14. Port Allegany will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Crusaders go into the outing with a 2-3 record after their 2-1 league win over Kane (Kane, PA).
