Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Port Allegany Gators (Port Allegany, PA), 4-3 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Eisenhower moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Iroquois (Erie, PA) to clash with the Braves in a District 10 Region 3 test on Monday, September 23. The Braves come into the test with a record of 1-3.
The Gators now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wellsville for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. Port Allegany will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Portville (Portville, NY). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.
