The Alabama School for the Deaf Silent Warriors topped the host Kentucky School for the Deaf Colonels volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Silent Warriors face the Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs (Jackson, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 12. Alabama School for the Deaf will attempt to advance on its 14-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 7-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Kentucky School for the Deaf (Danville, KY).

The Colonels (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Tennessee School for the Deaf (Knoxville, TN). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 3-15 record. In their last game, Tennessee School for the Deaf went down by Alabama School for the Deaf (Talladega, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
