New Hampstead Phoenix (Savannah, GA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Phoenix clash with the Groves Rebels (Garden City, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 13. New Hampstead will attempt to advance on its 22-14 season record. The Rebels come into the match with a 0-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Savannah Country Day (Savannah, GA).

With the loss, Toombs County drops to 20-13 on the campaign.
